How are you guys holding your work are vises good enough and should one look for in a work holding solution?

| Vises work for most parts here. We use kurt vises and gerardi tombstones for the 4 axis stuff. You can also hold smaller fixtures in the vise if you're too lazy to take it off the table. We also use bigger fixtures, custom vacuum fixtures, bias-ply tape, and angle plates. You really need to base your choice on what you 'plan' on running the most of. Thin flat parts generally require a fixture, where most other parts can be held in vise jaws. We typically use alum jaws so we can customize them to fit odd shaped parts.
