Maybe better?

I'm searching for this item, or something close to it, it's great for holding uneven parts in a vise. A guy at work has one, & it gets borrowed alot. I would like to get one for the shop. The name on it is Universal Vise & Tool Co. in Parma, Michigan. I have had no luck finding the company or anything like it.
any help?
Thanks,
Ray

Beege,
I think that is a bit overkill, for what I'm looking for, but I could put that to use on some other jobs in the shop.
Thanks for your reply,
Ray
This came up in my search. It is a good starting point.
Good luck.

Thanks JPW,
I also found the company with an online search, but I think it's just old info, because I can't find a phone number to contact them.
One more try. Universal Vise and Tool Co., 314 n Jackson St., Jackson, MI 49201, 617-787-3791. I have not tried to contact them. This is the only other possibility. Let me know if you have sucess. If not, how about some dimensions? I see two flattened ball bearings. What retains the slider? I see a groove in the curved-arc shaped part. Is there anything else noteworthy?
I called the number, it just keeps ringing, I'll try it again later in the day. I guess I'll take this one apart, & get some dimensions, so we can make our own.
Did you have any luck drawing a sketch?
Thanks
I have not found the time to take it apart yet. it's tough when you have to do work related stuff, when your at work
Amazing how that work stuff always seems to manage to get in the way during the day isn't.
