Strain free innovative clamping technology called OPTO-ACT (OPTO Adhesive Clamping Technology) to fix parts during industrial processes like grinding, milling, cutting, turning. Parts with complex geometry like blades of airplanes engines, thin parts, and other parts that the present clamping technologies (like vacuum, hydraulics, magnet, ice clamping) can not obtain a good solution. The OPTO-ACT can permit to design and produce parts that before were not possible to make or were extremely expensive to make. The clamping tensile strength of OPTO-ACT is 450 Kg/cm^2. The method of clamping is modular versatile and very cost effective.
You can search on google OPTO-ACT for movies action processes, and for our web site and contact you can search MTS-RND on google.

how does your magical product work , is it adhesive , magnetic , gravity , snot ?
why would they have closed the other thread if it was believed to be truthful

Looks like a large side clamp to me? and he's milling 20mm off a 40mm plate ally.how does your magical product work
I sure would like you to video you moving around the job, this is a fake and you're definatly using a recessed large clamp and as above milling a 40mm ally plate and taking 20mm off it,certainly looks convincing but thats the angle of the camera.![]()

How quickly does it clamp a part, and how quickly can I release a part?
Is the process simple?
Can I keep the fixture in the machine for both loading the part and removal of the part from the clamp?
Do differently shaped parts need different sub-plates machined or is the fixture an all in one type of thing?
Are there any videos of the part being loaded and removed from the fixture?
Wow. Since 2008 the website is still totally uninformative.
Or it actually has been improved, which is even worse.
