    Looking for precision strap clamp 3/4 to 7/8...

    Hi,

    I am looking for a precision tolerance strap clamp similar to this:

    https://sdp-si.com/ss/gif/SSGCAJ.JPG

    I can only find them in .250 ID at the above source and I need 3/4 to 7/8 id range.

    Can anyone point me in the right direction?

    Thanks.

    Thanks packrat,

    It would work but I was really looking for something that is one piece that could be removed by hand – no tools - that I could use without set screws I was thinking more along the lines of putting a big thumb screw on my clamp for quick release from tubing - the clamp is for a little jig I am designing and I want to make it easy for the user to remove it quickly. So in that first pic I posted it would be easy to put a thumb wheel screw or something like that on it...

    Nadsab,
    You might be able to use something like this (it's a quick release bicycle seat post clamp): Woodman Deathgrip QR Seat Clamp at JensonUSA.com. If that didn't work there are similar ones used to clamp the bicycle wheel. You would need to modify the length on those.

    For some reason the wrong link was posted This is the one I wanted;
    McMaster-Carr They use a cap screww that can be replaced with a thumb-screw.
