I think this sub forum must be where amazing projects go to get ignored. That thing is just incredible.
Hey everyone, I made this a few months ago and shared it with the Tormach community. Now that Im expanding the areas of the zone that I read I thought I would share it here as well.
I just wanted to share a project that I just finished up, and if anyone is interested Ill be happy to share the F360 files to whoever who wants them.
I started watching Grimsmo a few years ago and I have always liked the VM300 that he uses on his tomach, and it seems to work pretty well for him. I just didn't like the size that it came in, 12x14 is just an awkward size for the tormach and seems like it wasted a lot of space, and if you go all the way out to 18" on the x axis then you have 2" of hangover. So I designed one that I though utilized the space a bit better and allowed the use of 6x12 pallets and a 9.5x18 pallets. here are the videos of the project and a few pictures, if you have any questions please feel free to let me know and if you want the cad files just shoot me an email at Josiah@gravelleknives.com.
