Spring lift

Could someone advise me as what to use to hold up my 4" Vac hose when it is in it lowest saging position. Most likey to use some type of spring anybody got a idea? Thanks

i use the cheap cheap 4" thin type hose on my router and the vacuume keeps it pulled up out of the way untill i turn it off, but i guess u can use a counter balance pully and rope or a flexible fishing rod to traval with the machine
