    Smile Student project

    I am a wood shop teacher near Pittsburgh, PA. Just got a shopbot router. And Program with ArtCam... I am looking for some cool project ideas. Any help wil be appreciated

    Here's a couple of Raptor puzzles. May have to re-scale the the files
    to compensate for material thickness.

    I too am a woodshop teacher and would love to hear some of the ideas you've come up with. So far I have small machines. Both by Probotix, the Fireball Comet and the V90.

    We just made marble mazes in my school. We routed slots and stuck 1x1/4" strips in the slots to make the wall. We used auto sketch to design the wall and hole patterns. We imported the dxf into galaad for toolpaths and machine control. The total size was 10x10", just about the limit as to what our router can do.
