    Ghazi,
Check out Microcut (www.microcutusa.com) they have a good selection of bits. They sell through local distributors. I usually order and receive the cutters in the same week. I use them on all my machines. I use .0312, .0625, .125 carbide mills, both ball-end and flat for 90% of my work and they last a long time. The biggest problem I have is breakage (mostly due to operator error) especially in the smallest sizes. I make 1/12-scale tractor parts in Maple and Cherry, and these are small parts.
I made tool holders .500 diameter to fit my Porter-Cable routers. They hold a .125 diameter cutter shank.
The ball-end cutters do a great job when doing 3D toolpath cutting.

    Hope this helps!
