Feed Rates for Hardwoods.

I have custom built CNC holding a Bosch Colt with a 4 flute 1/4" end mill. I am going to be cutting pine......but also hardwoods.

I have the Colt set to about 15,000 to 20,000.....and Mach3 at the 1.5" feed rate. The router tip is going in about 3/8", and then progressing into the wood every 3/16".

What feed rates can you recommend me. I already burnt my Dremel playing around. Dont want to burn my Colt.

Can someone guide me?

Lower your depth of cut to about 1/4", and try about 18000-22000rpm at 60-120ipm.
