This type of question may have been asked before, but I found not find it in the forum. In the future I am planning on building some horn-loaded speakers like the Klipsch Lascalla, Belle or Khorn. There are numerous non-standard (i.e. 11, 19, 29 61 degree) beveled edges. Is it possible to cut good fitting beveled edges on a 3 axis router without resorting to the purchase of custom ground router bits? |

| Yes, it's possible. But it's probably not the most efficient way to do it. And you'll need to figure out how to program it. But it is possible.

So, it would seem to be better to cut out the panels oversize on the router and then cut the bevel on a table saw? |

| It would be faster to cut the bevels on the table saw, imo. So if faster = better, than yes.
