Table length cutting problem?

I have a 14"x24" machine. I would like to know how to cut something longer than 24"

Buy me a Beer?

Cut 24", then move the part and cut some more. Usually you'll want to use some type of fence to keep it aligned, or drill holes and use pins or dowels for alignment.

Pretty good video dshowalt. Very generous to record the sequences.

That's pretty much the way I handle this as well; fence to slide accurately (generally machined with the CNC tool), registering marks (or dowel pins for maximum accuracy) and a good set of toolpaths according to the specifications.

It can get more complicate but that's the basic of handling longer projects than the machine bed can.

Re Video

Not my video, I just remembered seeing it a while back and thought it could help.
