Hello, I'm new to this so please be kind ! I have a 3 Axis Multicam machine for routing the back shape of our product... ( cricket bats ). The finish is bad and requires huge amount of messy and difficult sanding. I have shown many experts in cutters etc and they have all been puzzled. The shape is concave ( please see attached picture ) . I don't know how to change things using the software as yet , haven't had time to learn... always eating dust sanding concaves!!! If anyone could please advise me I would be very grateful, Thanks in advance, Hoover |

| You didn't attach the pic, so it's hard to say. But any round nose tool should give you a very smooth finish with little sanding required if the software is setup properly. Spend the time to learn the software and it might let you stop sanding so much. What software are you using?
