Edit: Looking at it again, I'd probably charge for 1/2 Lt MDF Primer and Paints. My tins of Varnish are bigger so 1/4Lt would be enough. You didn't really give enough information on bits used and acurate times to be very accurate, so I just estimated off the top of my head.
