    any body now how to build a shaper to do easment handrail ro wher i can get one?

    If what you're asking is for a curved handrail...in the x-y plane.....then you'll need to start with stock that is curved.....if the stock is glued up from pieces then you'll need a template......think along the lines of a pin router.

    I think he's talking about a rail curved in all 3 axis, like a spiral stairway where it flattens out at the bottom.

    Yes, I'm thinking on a curved handrail. I do the straight part on a regular Shaper, but I can't do the curved, or the spiral parts.
