XX-long cutter required whats the bump increase for extra long cutters. 5 inch flute length required to cut. I welcome comments about pricing upcharge xx-long cutters. What would you charge for cutting the model? Anyone like to quote on custom solid wood Doll head? Ear to Ear is 7.5" distance across face.
