I'm going to be cutting MDF with a 2-flute 6mm cutter running at around 30krpm. What would be ideal machining parameters (feed, depth of cut, stepover) I will be doing a rough mill first and then a finish pass. My router can go up to around 10000 mm/min or 393 ipm thanks, Andy |

| Try 6mm depth at 3000 mm/min for starters, but you'll probably want to feed faster at 30K rpm.
