need help

I have a fanda machine which could hep to make tenons for wooden joints

I HAVE A ISSUE WITH THIS MACHINE
In the screen even if i insert width and thickness &distance the values are getting back to some other values

Does any body have idea regarding this chinese machines

There could be a number of different variables causing your problems. It would help if you could provide more detail.

Just a few thoughts:
- Are you in metric units by default
(i.e chinese machine might have mm as default)

- Are there any cutter/tool offsets in force?
You might need to correctly set registers.

- How have you develped your application program (i.e tool center )

i have no idea in this machine bcoz i m not the operator for this machine, actually i m trying to sort the prob of the machine bcoz it affect my production.

The one who works in this machine do not have any idea regarding tool offset and application programme, bcoz the machine was set by some one else

The machine works in mm

Machine : Fangda
140x80 mm
GB 12557-2000 hope this is seriel No: bcoz every thing written in chinese language

operator said me that there is some difference in the values of speed of line, speed of arc, radii of tool

he said me that when he inserts width or thickness that value get changed automatically

Any manual regarding this machine might be helping
