Hey guys im a newbie here, i am an Maunfacturing Engineer for Trinity Furniture in N.C. We recently purchased a Multicam 3000 series router, I've run into a roadblock when it comes to pricing parts manufactured on this new machine. Ive searched the Internet over twice it feels like trying to find a formula or any kind of guideline for priceing parts.
So far im figuring Part Cost, Labor, and Tooling. Am I leaving anything out? What about Operating cost for the machine itself, how would i figure that, or do I need too?
Any help would be appreciated, because there's really nothing out there to go bye, so I'd like to get feedback from those of you out there that do this everyday! Thanks in advance, Mike Myrick, Manufacturing Engineer, Trinity Furniture
