Need help for complete solutions to cave these products

Dear all,
I am a new one in Wood working.
Now I am planning to set up my work shop, but I have no experience to choice reasonable equipments.
For the CNC Router, I am considering to buy machine from 03 chinese manufacture:
- JINAN QUICK CNC ROUTER CO., LTD
- Excitech CNC Router Co., Ltd
- Beijing Kemingweiye Technology Development Co.,Ltd

Does any body know about them, please give me your advise which is better one.

For Scanner, I am planning to buy 01 Laser scanner. Do you know much about Chinese Laser Scanner?

For CAD/CAM software, which is reasonable for my products?
