Very dishonest, lied directly to me over the phone about an order that was never sent,nor ever going to be sent. Then they just stopped answering all phone calls. Do not deal with these people.............Andy is the owner, I spoke to him, he also lied.

After about 5 months and a dozen phone calls and empty promises, I did finally get a refund credited to my card.
I think they are trying, but just not enough.

They seam to be mainly interested in selling there machines not parts. They don't stock many parts. When you place an order they take your money then order parts to put your machine together or accessorys. There is a two month waite time. They don't make all of there own parts.
You can also order parts and mills threw magnate tel 800-827-2316.This is where I will place my orders from now on.
they don't have the new cnc's.
They are both on the western side of the country. (two hours behind)Don't forget the time differance.
Yes they don"t return phone calls. They are hard to get on the phone. This is hard on their customers. I believe they are going to loose a lot of customers if they keep this up.
I don't believe they are going out of business. I believe they will make all there own parts soon.
