Smile Mods to X2 Spindle for router Table

Have my old X2 mill splindle which was mount on my 4'X8' router table.
Have spent the last few months on the Zone & doing to much thinking! It's time to finish my long time build.
Would to th thank HOSS & BLACKBEARD, Zone guys, for getting the fire back under my butt.
The X2 head was mount to the table in stock form, now for the upgrades.
1st removed the guts for recycle
2nd Installed belt drive from LMS (easy install)
3th mount 90VDC 2.5HP motor in my new 12x36 metal lathe & went to work on it.
Cut mounting bracket off with cutoff wheel.
Cut down large alum flange & bearing housing to size of mounting bracket from stock motor, (note: cut a little bigger dia. for better tapping area).
Cut output shaft to fit belt drive pulley,(BLACKBEARD cut the key way for me as my mill got moved to get space for lathe).
Drilled & tapped for mounting bracket.
Found old computer fan & take it apart.
Back to lathe Cut & drill a alum fan mount for rear on motor.
Install pulley to motor, to belt drive, mount fan.
Took it out for test drive, WOW!!!!
See picture & check out RPM's w/stock pulley.
Note: the 90VDC 2.5 motor is the same weight as the stock motor!
    Need to make fan housing!
Next will be the good part!!! HOSS's TOOL CHANGER
    I'll be back

    Still working on it!

Finally built a fan cover & used good old JB WELD to mount
    Installed Laser Crosshair.
Mounted Laser to base plat & ran the wires inside, mounted 3VDC Batt. Pack inside & installed a mini switch to to front.
    Check out pictures,

Looks good! Nice Hossification! I'm curious though why you went with 6 Belleville washers in the power drawbar--instead of the 4 that Hoss used?

Well, finally got it back on the table Z.
Now I have to do all the hosing & wiring hookups w/ the CNC4+ I/O & Speed controller.
Have a ROBO ZIP mounted off to the side & a trim router will fit there to, but only get bout 46" travel for it due to the offset.
Four allen head bolt & the complete system is off to mount the 3 1/4HP router in same mount holes.
The changer seems to work good manually with the red button. I am using only 4 spring washer not the 6 in early picture.
The motor runs really smooth & cool, however the spindle head get a little warm at high speed for 10 mins.
    Any idea's?
