NEED WINCNC HELP!!!!!

I have a wincnc controller that runs a cnt motion 900 series router..The problem we are having is when the router is running it is stopping saying abort escape key was hit and no one is around the keyboard to even hit the escape button it does it when it is cutting and when it is not cutting. it also seems to do it worse after you run the machine for alittle while... any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Trying changing the keyboard, mine get fouled up with dust once in awhile
