I am relatively new to CNCZone as well as CNC routing. I recently purchased a one year old CNC router equipped with a WINCNC powered Controller. The WinCNC is Version 2.2.02. Upon inspecting the INI settings there are several settings such soft limits, g28 settings and tool changer that are not set correctly. I have contacted the manufacturer of this router and they requested that I send to them the WINCNC.INI and CNCSCRN.INI files. I sent these files to them in early Oct and they have consistently found delays in helping me. Therefore, I am in need of help from someone who knows how to correclty write INI settings. Thank you. MarkWink, Thank you for your reply on sharing your WinCNC ini files. Thanks to Mike Queen and Kelly Davis at WinCnC we got the ini settings to work. The biggest issue was the tool changer. But, with their patience and hard work they cracked the problem. Again, thank you FFAMN |

Dear MarkWink, I am only running three axis at this time. However, my plans are to set up a fourth axis within the near future. I purchased Mastercam as my CAD/CAM software and with my WinCNC already with 4th axis capability all I need to do is purchase a rotary table. Any words of wisdom? FFAMN |
