Thermal Arc 300 gtsw ??? Yes? No? Any good????

Hi everyone!

Yea, my 1'st post and I'll start off letting you know I'm a complete dumbass when it comes to tig welding but looking at getting into it. I've been miging for over 15 years and learned arc, and brazing before that.

I have a chance to buy a Thermal Arc 300gtws machine complete w/water cooler for $900.

It is owned by a guy at the welding shop I buy from and has been his machine for several years. What can you tell me about this machine?
