    Awesome! Neat little project. Just out of curiosity, what welder settings are you using? Also, what wire diameter! I also have the 200DX but haven't found the magic settings...

    balance 70%
    frequency 100 hz
    amperage 80 amp
    wire 0,8 mm

    sheetmetal 1,2 mm

    Hell,
    I tried to find tig cold wire feeder on ebay, but I found only 2 product. They are Arc Zone PRO II TIG Cold Wire Feed Machine with Pen and CK WF. I tried to get diy product too but not find one. Are they the only product on earth. Anybody here have used one of them? Thanks.

    I built this to have characteristics outside the rules

    short time the microprocessor version is ready

    all synergic
    and universal for all tig welding source
