.1mm as in .004"??? Are you welding aircraft parts? That must be a typo?
The community workshop I'm a part of just lost its TIG machine (the owner moved out ), and I'm looking for a TIG machine. I need it mostly to weld steel tubing (thin wall, from .1mm up to .25 inches). I really don't have the money right now to drop the $2000 on an Miller. Anybody have any experience or recommendations or experiences on less expensive options?

The .1 mm is not a typo. I'm welding bicycle frames. Though that is at the extreme end of how thin they ever get.

I am interested to see somebody try and weld thatThese tubes of carbon are usually only a few nanometres wide, but they can range from less than a micrometer to several millimeters in length
