Default Welding caused bend. How to straighten the square tube?

I welded some 40x40x4mm iron tubes. The tube is 1 meter long. I've been very careful not to bend it got bent anyway. Now I need to straighten it. What is the best way for this? Heat, hit with an axe, jumping on it?

    Thanks.

heat the side thats curved outward. The shrink of the heat will pull it back.
So if you made a T-joint, heat the side without the welds.
