This is my first post!!

I need help with a router I have just bought, it's a Pacer Compact 800+, built around 1992. I got the router without the PC or connecting cable.

I would like to upgrade the electronics so as to be able to run the router from a PC with WIN XP.

I have read that this has been done before, can anyone suggest how to proceed?
