    Compression Cutters

i use cruing (might not be known in the states) compression cutters, there great brand new but when i get them back from sharpening or re tipping (from the same company) they fall to bits usually within the same day.

was wondering if anyone has the same problem with resharpened/retipped compression cutters

We've gotten ours sharpened from two different places, and both cut like new, although the life is a bit shorter after sharpening.

cheers, think we'll try another company. We had 2 cutters go in the same sheet of ply both of which had been retipped. I think its a problem with whatever adhesive they use to stick the new blades on
