Need Help!- 3 Axis CNC Conversion Kit question

Long story so I will make this short if I can. I purchased 2 Enco mills, 1- complete(40),
operational, and the other(45) was in a basket. The person that owned the mill started to convert
it to CNC and like everything else in his shop, he started the project and never finished anything.

I think I have everything to set this up but I don't have the time or money to do it myself or to hire
someone to complete the project.

What is everything worth?
I know it was never powered up because of the the person that owned it.


What I would like to do is sell it to someone that has the same Mill and do a part swap for the manual
controlls.

I have 3 motors(second pic) with screws, lots of cables, control boards(pictured). The only
motor that was mounter is pictured, the other 2 and just setting out. I have know idea as
to the make or model because we could not find any paper work.

Looks to be an IH conversion kit with Gecko 320 drives....Possibly worth a tidy sum
