I am trying to repair an OK grinder with a Acroloop 1500 motion controller. The origional Mfg. sold out to Parker Hannifin and no longer support this control. Anyone have one of these things laying around?    |

| I have the 8000 & 2000 cards, was the 1500 a stand alone or in a ISA slot? What is wrong with the 1500? Al.

| The card has an ISA edge card connector but is installed as a stand alone unit. It receives it's data from a control computer via RS232 com line. The problem is a failure of the X axis control to send a axis ready message to the control computer. the Y axis will pass the test if the order of the card test is changed but will hang on the X test. | Its been a while, but do you have the serial communication program for checking direct to the card? IOW, interrogate the card and give commands etc. Al.
