I am looking to thread mill M2.5 x .45 holes. They are flat bottom and I am tired of tapping by hand. Any idea of a supplier? I would also be interested in purchasing an assortment of differant sizes of Metric and Standard size thread mills if they can supply these. |

| I think I'd use this #3 single-form threadmill. It should just fit the hole for a M2.5x.45 thread (but do your own math before you buy). You didn't say how deep you need to go, but that particular one will go about .25" or so. If you sign up for their emails, MSC will send discount announcements, usually 30-40% off, about once a month. Wait until you get a good one, then pounce.
