Need help pricing used Bostomatic CNC 312 with special spindle

I have a used Bostomatic 312 for sale and I was going to post it but an engineer friend told me the spindle was very valuable. I don't know how to price the spindle or even what it is... The manual says it is a 2HPBH, BD40? with housing assembly 300. Is this the spindle type? thanks!

What shape is the machine in? Does it have a hard drive, floppy or just the tape drive, does it have the manual or pneumatic tool release, tool changer single / dual? There are way too many unanswered questions. What control I assume an SPC II, or does it have the bd3200x? DO you have a 4th axis with it, what tooling is included with the machine?
