Long Bits

I am looking for a supplier of some long 1/8" ball nose bits. I am looking for some around 3" and 4" long. I will be using them on hdu foam.

You could try microcutusa, I've purchased 3" OAL from them but LOC is usually around 1". They may have longer available, if not they can probably special order them.

I have never seen any with 3 or 4" flute, but they probably exist and for HDU you'll be ok as far as stress goes. The problem will be spindle speed, enough to cut and extract the material but not too much that it melts.
