ESAB Picorex PXA 15

Hello,
I'm writing from estonia and my englist is not very good sorry for mistakes.
i have a problem. I have got plasma cutter Esab Picorex PXA15 manufactured at 1978- so it's very old. It's like a copy working tables, first table reads drawing from paper with fotolens and the it copy's the movement of the lens to plasma cutter head. only scale it uses is 1:1 so it's very difficult and real time waste to make big drawings beacause the size of the table is 2,5x6meters.

So I looking for PROCESSOR with could replace my present (lens signal) processor.
New processor have to reconize computer drawings DXF format and be able to give cordinate signals to plasma cutter table motors.
My plasma cutter table is currently using motors with 6 cabels and on the motor there were information:60 TSA; Type:UGTMEM-06L347SGJVI264007R3;
26,5 volts; 6,1 Amper; 700rew/per minut; manufacter BBC

Does enyone have experiances buiding such working stations? or can advise me where to look such processor- is there some companys producing such universal processors?

My goal is to drive plasmacutter with computer drawing layout- hope to fine some information or help.
