unipole stepper driver info please

Hi Chaps,
i have designed and now biult an observatory for my meade scope, and am now in the proccess of automating it, the up and over roof will be opened
via a Crouzet geared mortor and a simple dc driver card with a potential on board, that as you all can imagine was the easy part.
But now with the purchase of 2 unipolar (1 spare) steppers from Sigmax
MODEL TYPE= E34HRFT LNS 03,i come to the more compicated task of automating the dome itself.
I have found a Stepper Motor Control Unit Model- AK-X200 produced by a company called Asahi Engineering ,i cannot find any info on this ebay item, and was hoping that one of you chaps maybe able to tell me if this unit will
drive my stepper.
Looking around the web i see that its possible to wire my 8 connections into many configurations includeing bipolar modes in both serial and parallel arangements, so would some one please let me know which is the best option ,I would like to interface with my laptop useing Ascom software so that the telescope and dome movements are syncronised.
Any help and or advice will be warmly welcomed.
