    orientation mag sensor

Desperately trying to locate a 2nd hand
    Fanuc magnetic orientation sensor.
Possibly out of a retired machine being broken down for spares.
We dont require the amplifier just the sensor.
    P/N A57L-0001-0037.

    regards
    Matt

I have an old sensor and pre-amp that I removed when I replaced the spindle motor and drive with different units. Spindle orientation was working prior to the retrofit, so I assume that the sensor and the pre-amp are both functioning.

Unfortunately, neither have any identifying marks. The decal on the pre-amp has long since lost all of it's text and the portion of the decal that contains the part number on the back of the sensor has been rubbed off by the mounting bracket.

If you're interested, snap a few pics of what you have and send them my way for comparison. Also, the orientation PCB in my machine was an A20B-0008-0030/02 unit; if you have the same PCB, there's a good chance that your sensor is the same.

The sensor is for a Kitamura Fanuc OMC.

That's what mine looks like, except mine is a lot dirtier... I guess the only question is if there was more than one model that used the same enclosure.

Mine came out of a Roku Fanuc 6MB milling machine. Do you have a number on the PCB?
