Google Carvewrite for a CNC router under 2 grand. Sears sells the same machine called Compucrve. Save two hundred bucks by shopping on line.
I'm wanting to make balsa wood crankbaits with a cnc router. Needs to cut lexan & circuit board parts and aluminuim on occasion. I have no experience with cnc nor any cad/cam software. I need easy programming & small cnc router. Looking for a complete package & durablity. Will probe software help with duplication ?? Would a 3d laser "probe" be a better solution?......What software would be best for making mutiples from one piece of stock? ......I thought that a "sign" program might works for making pairs of the same part, possibly 6 to 10 pairs per run. WHERE does a newbie begin getting educated??? I need started in the right direction/foot. Thanks Slope*n_c
