Newbie- Need Turret Tool Clamps

Hi,
I've been looking around for some additional parts for an LC20 Okuma Lathe. I'm not sure what they are called but I've been calling them "Turret Tool holder Clamps."

I do not run these machines... so please bare with me if I don't speak the proper language. These things look sort of like a set of parallels in that there are two pieces with angular cuts that when put together form a square. The wedge action pushes against the side of the tool holder to lock it into position on the turret.

The combined dimensions of these two parts that form a rectangular piece of bar in this particular machine are as follows...
3.07" long x .865" high x about 1.015" wide when flat to a table top. The two bolt holes that pull these up tight are 1.968" center to center or 50mm apart. These holes are apparently C'Bores for 12 mm Socket Head Cap Screws.

Was going to add a picture of these but wouldn't you know it my batteries are dead...

Anyone have any laying around and if so what do you need to have for them?
