    CNC Tool Cooling

Looking for a tool cooling system for my new CNC. Never used one and have no idea what is available out there. Something simple to inject liquid when cutting aluminum

I don't know anything about it but i belive you need to state what machine you are using if someone is going to recommend "coolant through tool"-parts that compatible.

    A good idea, thank you

It will be approx. 36"x 24" cutting area, Z travel 6", 1/2" aluminum plate construction, linear bearings & ball screws all axes, 4 stepper motors, Hitachi X200 3HP with Chinese Spindle ER20.

Don't need very much coolant to cut aluminum but depends what is available. If cooling systems are expensive I will do it manually as needed
