Any of you guys know which type of insert is best to machine inconel?? Appreciate your help. Need to buy it urgently. Thanks

Ceramic with a positive rake small rad. and from what I remember about 15 sf, .005-.007 doc, feed .003 -.005 makes long spiral chips great finish. Don't get in no hurry. Its expensive stuff for a reason. I cut it for about 2 months and when you get it right tools last a long time so adjust and good luck.

Try greenleaf.
I used their 3/8" button insert to rough jet engine housings.
They have a Singapore office.
