You will have to thread the end of the 3MT arbor yourself.
I am looking for a drill chuck with a 3MT arbor that is threaded for a 1/4" or 5/16" drawbar. I would prefer a keyless chuck but a keyed one would be fine. Any assistance locating one would be appreciated.

Threaded MT3 arbors are available. Just add chuck of choice.

1/2" KEYLESS DRILL CHUCK - MT3 DRAWBAR ARBOR | eBay
Most I see are 3/8 16 or 12mm
If I could not find exactly what I wanted I might buy one like this and make a threaded bushing to adapt it to 1/4". Depending on drawbar type you can loctite bushing into arbor or onto drawbar. I have an MT2 collet chuck in my elcheapo noname Mill Drill that is held in this way. The bushing does not have to be perfect either. Just pretty good. The taper of the spindle is what aligns the chuck arbor. If you have a lathe its a piece of cake to make. Might be trickier, but I think I could do it on a drill press too. Maybe not as well.
Search google, amazon, ebay, etc.
