Hey!

We require a cnc mill and a cnc hotwire cutter for machining models from foam, balsa and eventually making dies out of aluminum.

What size cutting area do I require for cutting typically foam wings of about 1m max length?

Also, what kind of specifications are required for this type of materials? (Spindle speed, cutting tools etc?)

Will a vacuum table help for foam milling and hotwire cutting?
