Both have nano machines, might be overkill for your parts, I don't know. Base cost of those ~200k
Hi everybody,
thanks for reading. i need help regarding a critical issue, i need to buy a micro lathe having a minimum feed of 1 micron to generate a 10 micron feature. the part is 30 mm dia, 30 mm length.
i contacted a precision lathe manufacturer in Japan:- Nano Corporation
'www.nanowave.co.jp'
They sent me their brochure (which i am attaching herewith this thread) saying their MTS5R cnc micro lathe is capable of manufacturing the parts.
Now i needed help from you guys regarding :-
1. Is there any other machine similar to the MTS5R? can you please give me the make, model and company of the machine with contact details of authorized person.
2. Nanowave are asking me regarding the expected cost of the machine, since i have no clue i dont know what exact cost of such a machine need be. can anyone tell me what the cost for such a machine be with such features, if you have any reference to any similar machine and its cost, it would be great.
Thank you guys so much.
