Might be wrong, but think you'll find those are made in one piece. The rim is contoured to half of its diameter then flipped and machined on the other side to complete the contour.
I am trying to find solid aluminum rings of round bar. I am building some billet steering wheels, and I need the outside ring to weld the actual custom billet center to. I know they make them because i have seen a few company's that use them. It would need to be about 14" in diameter and an inch diameter round bar roughly.
Thanks in advance for any help!

Some are, but some use the two piece method.
Maybe you could contact someone who specialises in cold-rolling round bar into curves and rings? Just a thought.
If you want to say a correct advice on how you would love to design your own wedding rings, then you can freely choose on it!!

Well I have been doing some more research and have found that many company's that make custom bullet wheels machine them from cast or forged blanks with the ring, which has the center plate that is more of a slight cone shape. So now I a on the hunt for these, but they see to be just as elusive. Anyone ever dealt with these or have any suggestions where to find such a thing?
