Unhappy Multicam 3000 won't release airchuck!!!

I have a Multicam 3000 table. Today it was putting away a tool on the tool changer but instead of releasing it, it put it in the tool cradle but then immediately the Z axis rose to the top of the axis and ripped the toolout of the cradle. Now I cannot get the tool to release, and the machine will not home or do anything til it releases the tool. Cna Anybody PLEASE HELP ME?????

We had this problem before. I'm just an operator but I'd say that you don't have enough air for your chuck to take out and release the tool. What happened with ours was thaat the air dryer was leaking and not giving enough air to the line in the tool.
