precise cutter and pen plotter A3

Can you give me some advice which to buy, for the first time(but I need it to make count because it will be expensive to buy it abroad - shipment, customs)?
I will need precise small cutting for very small and thin fonts, I dont know whats the limit. Used or knew one but I prefer used one because of the price. If the cheaper one is too price for me can you recomend me some ooooold one, that I can find on ebay or somewhere with international shipping.
And of course I need that on the same head I can put pen for drawings.

    Thanks for any advice

and is this possible(see picture): to cut extremely thin lines so the letters stay in that place(the lines are holders for the letters inside rectangle)

What are the letters cut from? Can they be cut on sticker vynle? If they can you don't need the small lines to hold them in place, the transfer backing will hold them. The hobby cutter I bought here for about 300 bucks also came with a pen for a plotter.

it will be sticker vinyl BUT it must hold letters with those thin lines, because I need that rectangle to position them precisely on other material...

the link you provide, they dont ship outside US, and I can only find some china manufactures(through google) but I think they only sell it in large quantities.

Now I saw it, it has 1000DPI resolution. It sounds great, doesn't it? I used to print small stuff in 600DPI, but this can cut in 1000DPI.

Don't think you quite understand how the sticker plotters work. You cut the material, remove with tweezers or excato the material you don't want to transfer, place a backing sheet over the cut vinyl then stick it on, then remove the backing. No lines are required to keep the letters where you want them. The backing does it for you. I have one at work, and one at home. The one I have at home is servo driven, not stepper, has automatic blade rotation, and can cut down to 3 mm letters.

you remind me, I have question about blade rotation. What does it means automatic rotation? Whats the other kind? Just to know what to look for.

And is it possible to change pressure DURING ONE cutting or plotting? Some lines to be deeper cut or some lines to be thinner or bolder, and is it even possible to manage in software?

A drag knife just rotates depending on feed direction, the material turns it. The auto type actually electrically turnes the knife through software. Neither of mine will allow heavy/light pressure through software, it's done on the LCD of the plotter. You can do any line you like, and pretty much any art work.
