I can't find a CNC Lathe Vendor!! Help!

I hope this is the correct area to post this request..

I've emailed 5 vendors and have yet to receive a quote.. Where can I find someone that can make my parts? If you have any suggestions or if you can help me would you please email me at harbert.matthew@gmail.com?

The attached PDF's explain what needs to be done, but please ask any questions that you may have! I am looking for 10 or each design.

Needs to be shipped to Ankeny, Iowa 50023-8881 and I'd love a 10 day or less turn around if possible, please let me know how fast you can provide them in your quote!

By the way the tolerance just needs to be close.. this doesn't have to be EXACT .. If you only had standard taps we could make changes..

Just need these parts and at the right price!
