    100 in/second Gantry Style CNC

    Hello,

This is my first post in this community so forgive me if this is in the wrong forum.

My company is looking for a CNC gantry as a test platform and I wanted to know if there are any gantry style cncs that can achieve 100 inches per second? I'm looking at a lot of the posts here and I've only seen 10-30 inches per second.

This wont be to mill or cut and speed is more critical than positioning accuracy. The working volume I need is 10"x10"x10" and it must be accelerated to 100+ inches per second by the time it enters that volume.

I'm currently looking at adept's delta arms, but I think a gantry would better fit our needs.

    Any guidance would be appreciated.

    Thanks
    Dave

No matter what, you won't get anywhere near that speed in 10".
