Want to buy machined aluminum parts. PDF drawing inside

    Here are the dimensions: http://www.speedyshare.com/files/24329731/knob.pdf
Tollerance within reasonable limits ain't that important. +/- 0.25mm or so.
    The only important tollerance is on the 6.4mm. + 0.25mm - 0.00mm
Height is not shown in the drawing, but is 10mm!

You probably need one more dimension....either the angle of the outside bevel or the width of the surface at the top.
You should probably add some tolerances.

I've added a PDF drawing with all dimensions. I forgot to add the height of the part: its 10mm

Quantity depends on quality. A couple of hundred if the quality is good.
My knowledge in different types of aluminum is limited.
It doesn't have to be an exotic type, but something thats not too soft (might make tollerances harder to keep?).
Also, would like the sides (not the angle) to be knurled.
That requires a certain quality of aluminum I guess.

BEWARE!!! I got a virus this AM, and I suspect it came through speedyshare. Anyone else had a problem since looking at that file?

speedyshare is legit. I would never put up a link to a virus infected download site.

OK. No offense intended, just that it popped up shortly after I looked at it. Thanks for reply.
